The entire purchase process from WaterLine Tanks, from the first phone call to delivery, was smooth and efficient. Every staff member I spoke with was friendly and courteous. The tank was ready ahead of the advised date and delivery was completed at the arranged time by a driver who was extremely helpful. If I need another tank I will be calling WaterLine.

I can't over state the willingness for these guys and gals to help you out. I purchased a kit to add a CFA fitting to my steel tank. they took the time to take me through their factory to see exactly how the installation was to be done. Then 6 months later when I actually got around to doing the job, they were super helpful over the phone explaining how to best do it all over again.I certainly wouldn't hesitate getting anything else from WaterLine Tanks again. Joseph and the team were great. I dealt mainly with Katie who was always helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with the local council shifting goal posts, and WaterLine did their best to accommodate us. Communication was always on point and early. I'd give these guys 6 stars if it was possible.

Very happy with the process. Delivered our tank for free all the way to French Island, just had to arrange a barge when tides were right and a smaller vehicle to suit. Thankyou waterline Tanks for accomodating our request.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to day how delighted we are with our tank.You pulled out the stops when we’d been left in the lurch by Kingspan, and communications with your team throughout has been first class. You delivered ahead of schedule, the tank was precisely as specified and we’re very happy indeed. We’re also in the process of getting planning application for a large shed on the same property which will also require a water tank, and needless to say you’ll get the business.

Great result, Joseph and the team at Waterline happily accommodated my need for a small custom tank and stand to fit a tight spot. Highly recommended.
